Lawn Maintenance Account Manager

In this full-time role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of lawn maintenance accounts, conduct site visits and quality walkthroughs, present enhancement proposals, generate estimates that protect margin, lead renewal conversations, and support maintenance supervisors and their crews in the field. You'll also keep client databases current and manage accounts receivable.
We're looking for someone with account management experience in the green industry, genuine relationship-building skills backed by consistent follow-through, able to communicate well in English and Spanish, and the ability to coach and lead field teams.
