Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require additional education in hospitality or related fields.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
Customer service skills: Strong customer service skills are crucial for providing guests with a positive experience and addressing their needs effectively.
Multitasking abilities: The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, checking guests in and out, and managing reservations.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience: While not always required, previous experience in customer service or hospitality can be beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $39,661.00 per year
