Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN with a passion for the Operating Room Nurse to join our surgical team!

This is an excellent opportunity for new nursing graduates or nurses transitioning into the OR setting,

As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting,

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready,

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care,

Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications,

Learn both the scrub and circulating role,

Requirements:

Valid RN license in New Jersey,

BSN

BLS required, ACLS preferred,

New graduates are encouraged to apply, however previous healthcare experience is preferred,

Strong communication and teamwork skills,

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure,

Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety,

Training Program : To ensure your success in this role, Monmouth Medical Center provides a comprehensive FT OR Nurse training program,

This course is mandatory and will be completed upon hire,

It includes: Orientation to the OR environment,

Hands-on training with experienced OR Nurses,

Coursework on surgical procedures, instrumentation, and patient care,

Continuous education and support throughout the training period,
