ENTRY LEVEL CHEMISTRY GRADUATES! THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate raw material testing activities across internal teams and external laboratories
- Own and manage the internal system for raw material release
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all testing performed
- Review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and determine required testing based on specifications
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards
- Initiate and draft supplier corrective actions (SCARs) for raw material issues
- Perform raw material sampling in accordance with established procedures
- Manage retain sample collection, storage, and tracking
- Prepare samples for microbiological and analytical (assay) testing
- Investigate and document nonconforming materials, including root cause analysis
- Support inventory management and tracking of raw materials
- Assist with instrument calibration and maintenance activities
- Provide support for additional quality or operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
- 0–2 years of experience in a quality control, laboratory, or regulated environment
- Working knowledge of GMP, GLP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
