Holman Ford of Maple Shade has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Holman Family.

Our Sales Consultant is responsible for using a consultative customer-focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties:

• Salesperson greets customer on the sales floor and performs a needsanalysis
• Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle
• Researches availability of models and optionalequipment using computer database
• Works with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate saleand requirements for financing or vehicle lease
• Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge ofcurrent inventory
• Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle
• Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems
• Attends/completes required training and department meetings

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3000-$10000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
