Facility Advisor

Job Summary

Provides technical support, guidance and advice to senior facility representative, facility representatives, associate facility representatives and user groups.

Essential Functions

• Provide the highest level of technical expertise to internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with applicable company, government and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teams in projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the enterprise or with external customers
• Prepare written and/or verbal presentations or proposals on highly complex issues and deliver to a broad variety of audiences
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Facility Maintenance experience
• Vendor management experience
• Project management experience
• Low/Med/High voltage knowledge
• Basic HVAC, Plumbing, Fire systems knowledge
• Material handling experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Good human relations and communication skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, architecture or engineering.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years related experience in construction architecture or engineering.

Pay Transparency:  This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current  starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Pay:  US Pay Range: $6,168.90-$10,898.39/month
