*Job Overview*We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool/Daycare Director to oversee the daily operations of our thriving early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator with a strong commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Benefits:

- Administrative Duties:
- Develop and manage the preschool/daycare budget
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage enrollment processes and waitlists
- Maintain facility upkeep and safety
- Educational Oversight:
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Monitor teaching practices and ensure quality educational experiences
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff
- Child and Family Relations:
- Foster open and effective communication with parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Resolve conflicts between parents, staff, or children
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment

- Teaching: 5 years (Preferred)
