Payout Schedule:
- Day 1: $2,500
- 90 Days: $2,500
- 6 Months: $2,500
- 12 Months: $2,500

Excellent Pay & Perks
- Up to $50/hour flat rate , based on certification and experience
- $10,000 signing bonus for experienced/master-level technicians

- Certified Ford or Lincoln Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving dealership
- Valid driver’s license
- Ford/Lincoln certification
- Efficiency, quality, and fixed-first-visit performance stats (preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented
