岗位职责:
* 负责仓库单据录入、整理及归档工作。
* 及时录入和更新库存数据,确保库存信息准确。
* 协助处理货物收发、出入库及库存盘点相关工作。
* 与仓库、采购、物流等部门保持沟通,确保信息准确传递。
* 编制和整理各类仓库报表及统计数据。
* 完成上级安排的其他行政及仓库相关工作。
任职要求:
* 高中及以上学历,物流、仓储、行政等相关专业优先。
* 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word)等办公软件。
* 工作细致认真,责任心强,具有良好的沟通能力。
* 有仓库文员、物流文员或数据录入相关工作经验者优先。
* 具备基本的数据统计和文件管理能力。
