Executive Assistant to the CEO – Global Organization
We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Executive Vice President of a global organization. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex schedules, international coordination, and executive priorities with precision and discretion.
This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership and international teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while keeping executive operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex executive calendar across multiple international time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries and meeting preparation
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meetings with global leadership teams via Microsoft Teams
- Track projects, priorities, and follow-ups across international offices
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Provide day-to-day executive support in a fast-paced global business environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Experience managing complex calendars and global travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
- French or Spanish is a plus
Compensation
- $80K – $100K+ salary (based on experience)
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
