Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute salads and sandwiches with consistency and precision
- Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls
- Maintain a clean and organized station during service
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or food service setting preferred
- Familiarity with proper food handling and safe ingredient storage
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
