Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely billing reports, including invoices and expense recovery documentation, in line with company protocols.

• Generate effective management and financial reports.

• Ensure the delivery of invoices to clients within agreed timeframes while adhering to established procedures.

• Collaborate with case workers, IT, and collections teams to support seamless expense recovery and reporting processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality-focused initiatives.

• Monitor and track individual performance targets as set by the Billing Manager.

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.

• Uphold a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency in all billing activities.

• Leverage strong business acumen to address challenges and maintain smooth financial operations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing functions or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities.

• Familiarity with billing systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments.

• Ability to solve problems resourcefully and adapt to incomplete information.

• Demonstrated understanding of financial processes within a fast-paced business environment
