Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role is based in our dynamic environment and involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments effectively.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for meetings.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO with professionalism.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for corporate functions.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy access.
- Conduct research to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with project coordination is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks online is a plus.
- Experience with some Human Resources functions is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
