Customer Service and Design Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy professional who balances a friendly personality with technical design skills. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the customer and the final product. You will handle a mix of administrative tasks and creative design work, ensuring every order is processed accurately and customers are thrilled with the results.

• Location: Westampton, NJ (On-site)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime during peak season, Sept–Dec
• Pay: $20–$23/hr while temp, room for increase and salaried when perm

Responsibilities

• Creative Coordination: Use Photoshop and Illustrator to create digital proofs for customers, helping them visualize their final branded products.
• Communication: Manage a steady flow of client inquiries via email (60%) and phone (40%), providing lead times and pricing updates.
• Production Involvement: Stay engaged with the printing process to ensure quality and accuracy from start to finish.

Growth & Initiative: During the off-season, you'll help reactivate past accounts and conduct quality-check follow-ups. You will also have the opportunity to help implement and manage a CRM system
