This is a full time, 5 day per week position

Established, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a growing patient foundation is looking for a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team!

Doctor must be proficient in the following for our established patient base:

• Comprehensive Exams
• Diagnosis
• Treatment Planning

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Educate patients and parents of patients on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health
• Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment
• Prescribe medications as necessary
• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD Required
• Current, Active NJ Dental License to practice dentistry
• CDS license
• DEA license
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience at a dental practice
• Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire and ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice
• Friendly and professional demeanor
