This Food Service Aide is an important part of the team, helping prepare and serve meals to our guests. No day is the same for this position. You might be providing kitchen prep work or assisting in the set up of service for meals. Once meal service is done for the day, you will help the team clean up and get ready for the next meal. This may include, but is not limited to, doing dishes, sweeping, mopping, or other duties to prepare for the next day of service.

Essential Functions:

• Assists in the preparation of school lunch- making salads, deli sandwiches, cleaning the fresh fruits and vegetables
• Stocking and preparing the condiments, silverware
• Works well with others
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Demonstrates integrity and respects confidentiality
• Is punctual and dependable
• Can work independently
• Self-starter
• Able to meet deadlines
• Maintains appearance
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelinesA self-starter that can work independently
