Compass Counseling and Psychotherapy, LLC is actively seeking clinicians with a passion for providing therapeutic support in the home and community to children, adolescents and young adults.

As a licensed clinician with Compass your essential functions are as follows:

• Provide in-home/in-community counseling to children/youth and young adults
• Provide psycho-education to the youth and family if needed
• Provide services based on individualized treatment plans, developed with the assistance of youth and family
• Communicate with treatment team members on a consistent basis
• Perform behavioral interventions and behavioral management
• Document all paperwork (progress notes and monthly summaries) in CYBER in a timely manner

Compensation: Competitive Rates (1099) based on licensing, experience, specializations, and language skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s Degree
• New Jersey Licensing: LPC, LCSW (LAC, LSW Supervision Available)
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and registered vehicle
• MS Office proficiency
• Dependability and a passion for helping others
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Patience in dealing with children, youth, and young adults
• Proven ability to handle crisis situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Being bi-lingual a strong plus.

Job Type

• Part-time or full-time hours.
