Parker Imperial Condominium Association is searching for a reliable, part time, 4 days a week, employee who can handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greeting Residents & Visitors
- Greet Residents by Name, Make Eye Contact
- Assisting Residents with Loading and Unloading Grocery to Shopping Carts
- Assist Residents Leaving the Building with Packages to Unload into their Vehicle
- Announce All Visitors
- Remain Professional & Alert to the Lobby Surroundings
- Maintaining Lobby Area Clean
- Ensure that there is no Garbage any where on Front of the Building
- Other Duties as Listed in Employees Hand Book
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift at least 40 Lbs at a time
- Reliable and able to work occasional overtime when needed
- Must be able to work well on a team
Position is available immediately. This is part time position for 4 days a week, 8 hour day. All potential candidates should reply and include a copy of their resume.
