Material Handler

Staff Management Group is seeking a Material Handler for our client in Wayne, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $16.63 hour 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling windows and related components using materials such as glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining production schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble windows and related components according to production guidelines
• Handle and work with materials including glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the production area
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure product accuracy and quality
• Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly schedules
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with additional production and material handling tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to handle various materials and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
