Salary: $20 - $25 per hour DOE

Arrow Pest Control is seeking experienced Call Center Agents to join our Client Experience Division. This role focuses on client experience, appointment scheduling, inside sales, and client retention for a fast-paced Pest Control service company. If you have strong communication skills, logistical skills, enjoy helping customers, and want to be a part of a supportive team environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Schedule pest control services and coordinate with field technicians
• Conduct outbound scheduling calls, follow-up calls, and service reminders
• Support inside sales by identifying customer needs and recommending service programs
• Maintain detailed notes and data with accuracy in CRM systems
• Assist with client retention and proactive outreach
• Work collaboratively with the Client Experience & Operations teams
• Deliver exceptional client experience that aligns with our Core Values

Qualifications:

• Call center experience required (not retail)
• Strong customer service and communications skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Close attention to detail and accuracy of data
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• High School Diploma required
• Experience in a service-based company preferred
