Compensation: $20.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Leasing Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

• Manage lease renewals, including preparing notices, tracking responses, and following up with residents

• Assist with lease recertifications in compliance with company policies and housing regulations

• Maintain accurate and organized resident records (digital and physical files)

• Process and track rent payments to ensure accurate resident account balances

• Respond to resident inquiries regarding renewals, recertifications, and rent payments

• Support management with delinquent accounts and required notices

• Provide professional, timely customer service to promote positive resident relations
  Partner with leasing and property management teams to support daily operations and ensure a smooth resident experience

Leasing Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support in a housing-related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs, recertifications, or fair housing laws is preferred.
