Job Description

This is a hybrid role combining creative design work with logistical and client-facing project management. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end order management, vendor and client communications, and supporting the design team with sourcing, mockups, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of design projects including concept development, procurement, and installation

Create detailed lighting, plumbing, and paint schedules for contractors

Generate Photoshop mockups and design renderings

Oversee presentation materials for client meetings

Build and manage client project schedules, timelines, and budgets

Produce detailed drawings and elevations in AutoCAD for custom millwork and space planning

Source FF&E selections, specs, and finishes

Maintain vendor and trade databases

Manage sample requests, returns, and material library

Assist and troubleshoot issues with contractors, vendors, and clients

Job Requirements

2+ years of professional interior design experience

Degree or certification in Interior Design preferred

CAD Experience Is Required

Solutions oriented and proactive problem solver

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
