- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
- Hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
- Overtime: Available with Supervisor Approval
- Work Location: Large Distribution Center
Job Summary
- Seeking experienced Warehouse Operators to support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
- Responsible for operating material handling equipment, picking and packing orders, inventory management, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Ideal candidates will have warehouse equipment experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including:
- Stand-Up Reach Trucks
- Cherry Pickers
- Electric Pallet Jacks
- Forklifts
- Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Verify incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
- Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock checks.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and order fulfillment.
- Stock, replenish, and organize inventory within warehouse locations.
- Return misplaced inventory to proper storage locations.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse replenishment activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and operating standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support team goals and meet daily productivity targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, or packing experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- High-volume distribution center experience.
- Clamp truck operating experience.
- Experience building, stacking, and wrapping pallets.
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
