Salary: $17/hour + Commission

Job Description:
As a Merchant Cash Advance Sales Representative, you’ll connect with small/medium/large business owners to help them seek the capital they need to grow their business. You’ll need to understand their financial needs and offer a tailored funding solution that best suits them. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment and loves building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners
Present MCA solutions, clearly explaining the benefits/terms.
Close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends and company products to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications:
No MCA/Sales experience needed; we have a great learning environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be High energy and self-motivated
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay: $17/hour
Commission: Uncapped commission structure, the harder you work the more you will earn. This is a performance-based job. Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding industry. Commission is paid in addition to hourly pay.
