Here's what you'd do

• Responsibilities include resolving complex benefits issues, vendor management, compliance oversight, benefits training, communications, and support of benefits activity/inquiry (open enrollment support, onboarding support, etc.); maintaining plan documents and Summary Plan s; and support for M&A activities.
• This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Benefits programs.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Skills include prioritization, vendor management, communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, teamwork, and proficiency in Office 365, knowledge of Savings Plan and Pension Benefits.
• Good knowledge of various health and welfare plans and relevant laws such as ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Medicare, and IRS rules.
• Good emphasis on Health & Welfare programs.
