Front Office Assistant
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. The ideal candidate will excel in managing front desk operations supporting administrative tasks and maintaining a positive environment that reflects our companys values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
- Support internal teams by providing clerical assistance as needed.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
