Receptionist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Receptionist to join our client and support daily front-office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role ensures visitors and callers receive timely, courteous assistance while keeping essential administrative workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and ready to jump in wherever support is needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource within an office.
Compensation:
$20–$22/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, offering friendly and efficient customer service.
- Greet visitors and oversee the intake of mail and deliveries for the office.
- Provide general administrative support to maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by onsite leadership.
Qualifications and Skills for the Receptionist:
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office support preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working onsite and supporting a team oriented office environment.
