Property Management Intern
Hanini Group, a leading construction and design firm that specializes in both residential and commercial projects, is excited to offer an internship opportunity to university students who have a strong passion for property management and are eager to gain practical experience in this field. This internship is an excellent chance for enthusiastic students to develop their skills and knowledge in property management by working alongside experienced professionals.
As a Property Management Intern, you will:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of Hanini Group properties.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and oversee the leasing process.
- Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection and expense tracking.
- Work with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, or Property Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
