Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team. This entry level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service with a desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, emails and the Live Chat hosted on our website in a professional and timely manner to ensure high-level customer service.
- Reviewing and setting up account registrations and credit applications.
- Maintaining an accurate timeline on open receivables.
- Maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Effective and professional communication skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shift directions when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5PM
Work Location: In person at our office in Denville, NJ
Salary: $19-$22 per hour based on experience
