ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are placing a Front Desk Receptionist with one of our valued clients, a leader in the personal care and cosmetics space. They are building something and they need someone at the front who represents that standard from day one.

You will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks in, calls in, or reaches out. That means managing the flow of a professional environment, supporting the administrative team, and holding the standard of a company that takes quality seriously.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with real long term growth potential. You are not just filling a seat. You are becoming part of something being built.

Requirements:

Professional, polished, and poised under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing composure

Experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer facing role preferred

Detail oriented with strong organizational habits

A team player who takes initiative without being asked
