As a Respiratory Therapist at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Conduct respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy

• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to improve patient outcomes

• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy, making adjustments as necessary

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

• Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
