Sales & Business Development Representative
Promote and sell SERVPRO® services in your assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals. Develop and maintain customer relationships through outreach, utilizing marketing tools like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Plan.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Business Development: Identify and pursue new prospects, maintain regular contact with existing clients, and execute referral programs to grow the customer base. Conduct Emergency Readiness Program (ERP) presentations, collect data, and develop customized ERP plans for businesses to enhance their preparedness.
Job Oversight & Support: Provide clear job estimates, pretesting, and scoping of services from project manager for client while ensuring clients expectations are met. Follow up on assigned jobs to guarantee satisfaction.
Networking & Events: Organize and participate in marketing functions and professional networking opportunities to build industry connections.
Fire Chasing: Respond to fire incidents, educate potential customers on SERVPRO® restoration services, and secure service authorizations. Coordinate with the mitigation team to provide realistic timelines and expectations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in service industries.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Business, financial, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in restoration, commercial cleaning, or insurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce software is required.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
