Installing, configuring, maintaining, and managing networking devices, servers, storage, and operating systems
Evaluating and recommending procurement of network-related devices, servers, and software
Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
Planning, implementing, and administering network security
Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed, stored, or transmitted
Participating in audits and contributing to business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Providing technical expertise in researching and recommending information security systems and controls
Maintaining the company’s UC phone system and ensuring continuous operation
Displaying leadership qualities and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Experience with VMware ESXI, vSphere, and VMware Tools (design, scaling, capacity management)
