Server: 12 people
Busser (cleaning/running etc): 10 people
Bartenders: 10 people
Barbacks: 10 people
BOH Kitchen Helpers: 8 people

Tuesday 3/31:
Servers: 8 people
Busser (cleaning/running etc): 4 people
Bartenders (3 BARS): 6 people
Barbacks: 3 people
BOH Kitchen Helpers: 4 people

Event Date: March 30-31, 2026 (Monday & Tuesday)
Event Time: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Guest Count: 600

Duties Needed (Instructions):
- Arrive at the venue by 2:00 PM to allow time for setup and prep (Plating food) before the Event 4-6pm,
- Set up / Maintain food/drinks station, arranging serving dishes, utensils, and signage as directed,
- During the event, ensure food/drinks is stocked, and cleaned as needed,
- Promptly clear used plates, glassware from tables after guests finish eating/drinking,
- Replenish supplies (napkins, utensils, plates, glasses, drink station, etc),
- Pass Hors d'oeuvres,
- Bartending Services
- Help in the kitchen (BOH)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the event.

Client request:
Uniform must be black shoes also. Apron and bowtie to be provided. Event is 4-6pm. Staff times 2.00 - 7.30

Job Responsibilities

Bartenders

Provide professional bartending services (TIPS required)

Waitstaff

Assist with venue set-up and breakdown
Arrange table settings and lines
Serve plated meals and pass hors d’oeuvres
Operate buffet stations and replenish food items
Clear tables, glassware, and utensils
Assist guests with their needs
Maintain cleanliness and return venue to its original state
