  • We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support major components of a strategic enterprise migration from Alteryx to Tableau and Power BI. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • The ideal candidate will help redesign reporting architecture, modernize data transformation workflows, and ensure efficient and accurate data flows across systems. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • This role requires strong hands‑on expertise with Alteryx, advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, and the ability to translate complex legacy workflows into scalable, modern reporting solutions. <\/span><\/span>

      • Contribute to and help lead large workstreams in the Alteryx → Tableau\/Power BI migration initiative. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Analyze and deconstruct complex Alteryx workflows, identifying opportunities to redesign, simplify, and optimize them for modern BI tools. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Rebuild or refactor workflows and processes to support scalable dashboarding and reporting in Tableau and Power BI. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Assist in the design and development of scalable reporting solutions and visualization frameworks. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Develop high‑quality dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI, ensuring alignment with business requirements and visualization best practices. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Create KPIs, reusable reporting components, and standardized templates. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Ensure accurate data flow and transformation logic throughout the migration process. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Support governance and documentation standards, including data lineage, data quality checks, and workflow documentation. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Work closely with senior analysts, business partners, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver insights. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Partner with stakeholders to support the definition of reporting standards, governance rules, and future‑state BI architecture. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

        REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <\/u><\/b>

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Advanced expertise in Alteryx, including workflow design, optimization, automation, and troubleshooting. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data modeling. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Solid understanding of reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data visualization best practices. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Experience contributing to BI or reporting migration\/modernization initiatives. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Strong understanding of data transformation processes and how data flows across systems and business functions. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and help design scalable reporting solutions. <\/span>

          • Experience mentoring team members or providing technical guidance. <\/span>

          • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data modeling concepts. <\/span><\/span>
