Tax Manager
A growing regional mid-size CPA firm in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Tax Manager. There is a track to becoming a Partner. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation/review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Preparation/review of high-net-worth individual returns
- Review of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Review of complex individual returns
- Will research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Training and supervision of staff. This role will work on a variety of industries
* CPA
- 6 + years of public accounting tax experience for mainly corporations and Partnerships; High-net worth Individual tax experience is a big plus
- Prior experience in managing, mentoring and leading teams, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
- Proficient project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills
