Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite; typically Monday & Thursday, occasional Wednesday)
Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager recognized as a subject-matter expert within the commercial function. This role requires deep expertise in supply chain risk management, governance, and compliance, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives and advise senior stakeholders.
The Program Manager will partner closely with sourcing, operations, transactions, and supplier quality teams to develop, deploy, and govern best-practice processes, tools, and systems that strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure continuity of materials, services, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities

Lead supply chain resilience and risk management initiatives across the commercial function

Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, templates, and guidelines for risk management and compliance

Assess supply chain risks, compliance gaps, and potential cost impacts; prioritize and drive corrective actions

Partner with commercial stakeholders to deploy best practices, tools, and systems globally

Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend practical, value-driven solutions

Provide oversight, reporting, and continuous improvement for commercial risk management processes

Support learning and capability development within the commercial function
