What You’ll Do as a Certified Medication Aide:
- Administer medications safely in compliance with physician orders and state regulations
- Verify accurate dosage, timing, and proper documentation of all medications
- Observe residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns promptly
- Maintain clear and effective communication with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Perform deep cleaning duties, assist with meal preparation, and support residents with morning routines
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Certified Medical Aide Certificate
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance
