What You’ll Do as a Certified Medication Aide:

• Administer medications safely in compliance with physician orders and state regulations
• Verify accurate dosage, timing, and proper documentation of all medications
• Observe residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns promptly
• Maintain clear and effective communication with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
• Perform deep cleaning duties, assist with meal preparation, and support residents with morning routines

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Certified Medical Aide Certificate
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
