Position Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Perth Amboy, NJ 08861

Job Type: Contract | Travel

Shift: Nights | 3x12s

Pay Range: $55–$60/hour ($2,200–$2,400 per week)

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery  for an exciting job in Perth Amboy, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for laboring patients; assist physicians during labor, delivery, and recovery.

• Create and follow individualized care plans.

• Provide therapeutic nursing interventions, including couplet care for mother and baby.

• Document care accurately and according to professional standards.

• Advocate for evidence-based practices in L&D care.

• Provide patient- and family-centered care.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active NJ RN license or multi-state compact RN license

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN)

• Current BLS and NRP certifications

• NIHSS certification

• Minimum 1 year L&D nursing experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• ACLS certification

• Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification

• Previous travel nursing experience
