Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues, ensuring all information is conveyed to the service technicians.
- Prepare detailed service orders and cost estimates, explaining recommended services and associated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Manage customer appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
- Review completed work with customers, explaining repairs and services performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
