Fraud Specialist
Job Title: Fraud Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45226 (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Training Length: Approximately 2 ½ to 3 weeks.
Training Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central with a 30-minute unpaid break. Zero absences are allowed during the training period.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree

Interviews: Conducted as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing an effective risk management framework.
- Monitor systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures.
- Identify and escalate matters requiring attention to the appropriate area.
- Work on projects and initiatives and assist in assessing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the collection and/or compilation of data and provide reports.
- Assist in report development and data analysis.
- Provide guidance, support, and recommendations to Lines of Business and assist in implementing Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to the assigned area.
