Client Support Representative
QP Group was founded in 1995 and experienced rapid growth throughout the late 1990s. Our strong reputation is built on providing clients with a high return on investment through the implementation of procurement transformation programs, starting from our original base in the UK. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients of QP Group
- Assist clients with procurement and supply chain expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver sustainable value and savings to clients
- Work with clients on joint teams to transfer skills, techniques, and industry knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in client support or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role
- Maximum of 7 years of experience in a customer service environment
Salary & Benefits:
