The Role

We’re seeking a  Roofing Production Manager  to lead and oversee our entire roofing department. This role goes beyond coordinating projects you’ll be responsible for managing field crews, supervising project timelines, overseeing materials and vendor relationships, and ensuring each roof is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll serve as the key link between ownership, clients, and the field, driving efficiency, quality, and growth for the division.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to final inspection
• Track material orders, deliveries, returns, and manage inventory
• Upload daily photos, invoices, and site updates using AccuLynx
• Visit job sites to ensure quality and resolve any issues
• Serve as the point of contact between crews, clients, and office staff
• Help on-site as needed (lifting up to 100 lbs, cleanup, etc.)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in roofing, construction management, or a related field (roofing operations leadership strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and safety protocols
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., AccuLynx, Excel, or similar platforms )
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational ability with a track record of meeting deadlines and driving efficiency
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) to effectively lead diverse crews and communicate with clients
