Sales Operations Associate

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Operations Associate for a top fashion company hybrid/remote out of their Bridgewater, NJ offices! The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting wholesale accounts’ sales orders, allocation, and ticketing across multiple business groups & brands in North America. This position executes daily activities to realize financial sales estimates, inventory goals, and achieve on-time delivery to wholesale accounts. The sales operations associate is responsible for maintaining a clean order bank for their assigned wholesale accounts to ensure wholesale account expectations are met and regional financial goals are achieved. Strong working relationships with key cross functional teams including sales, finance, inventory planning, merch ops, treasury deductions, logistics ops and warehouse teams at all levels of the organization are necessary to perform these goals.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders for Dept Store Accounts within a timely manner and report fulfillment issues.
• Communicate with the sales team on open items related to orders and bulk maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A quick learner with organization skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP experience is a plus
