RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High School Diploma
