Job Title : Administrative Coordinator
Location : Wall, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay : $24 - $36 an hour
A highly reputable manufacturing company is looking for a Administrative Coordinator to support their marketing team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to invoice processing, creating purchase orders, utilizing multiple software's such as SAP, Basware, and more. You will assist in coordinating product requests for PR, events, and trade shows, creating purchase orders and handling invoicing for marketing, and much more!
Job Description:
- Administrative support to the marketing team
- Handling invoicing, creating purchase orders, etc.
- Utilizing software's such as SAP, Basware, and more
- Assist with new product launches
- Generate creation of PO’s and processing and tracking of Marketing invoices into Basware system
- Manage product shipments/return shipments for Marketing and PR product requests
- Manage the setup process for new vendors for Marketing and Kissflow/ spend approval forms
- Coordinate product requests for PR, events, and trade shows
- Handle image request inquiries from Sales, PR requests
- Proof Marketing Materials for Sell sheets, annual catalogs, line lists and any Marketing assets/materials (press releases, invitations, mailers)
- Handle and distribute inquiries from customer service
- Manage inbox for Press inquiries and work with Brand manager to send out Press releases
- Support marketing activations with facilitation of logistics, product, shipments, VM, assets/collateral, sourcing, communication, etc.
- Make travel arrangements for international employees for Marketing events (artisan/cutting events/trade show activations)
- Update files on Sales Tool Kit SharePoint site for all brands
- Pulling images in Emmi and publishing links to share with accounts for product setup on their websites for all brands
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1- 3 years experience as a Administrative Coordinator
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred
- Experience with purchase orders and invoices required
- Experience with SAP or similar software required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
