As a Principal Technical Program Manager/Chief of Staff in Infrastructure Platforms Production Services(PRS) domain, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement & Transformation Services, this role collaborates with key partners in Communications, Finance & Business Management (F&BM), and Human Resources (HR) to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals. The Chief of Staff will manage strategic projects, enhance communication, and support the effective execution of organizational and technology strategies, including all aspect of business operations, managing the budget, communications, location strategy and workforce management to support and enhance the organization to meet their strategic and operational goals and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
  • Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
  • Includes key elements of \"running the business of technology,\" ensuring the seamless integration of strategic initiatives with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing adherence to organizational metrics, driving, and maintaining operational hygiene, executing location strategies, and fostering early talent development.
  • Lead the development of the PRS wide internal communication strategy, including org team sites, leadership messages, forums, and planning, preparing, and executing multiple global town hall events and a yearly leadership team onsite.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and Objectives and Key Results to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader to optimize the strategy, focus, alignment, and accountability for your organization.
  • Prepare various management reports to support business operations and decision making.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objective
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Resource Management, Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management, Portfolio Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Budget/Financial Management, including Controls, Partnership, and Influence.
  • Experience in strategic planning, creating roadmaps, and execution.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow things through.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and production of documentation appropriate to an audience.
