Responsibilities:

• Lead design, deployment, and optimization of network and systems solutions for clients.
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance.
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption.
• Architect secure, resilient, and scalable networks tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives.
• Conduct network assessments, audits, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud services.
• Provide onsite support for critical issues and project implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and technical operations.

Skills/Must have:

• 6+ years in a technical services role, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Ubiquiti).
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP).
• Strong WAN/LAN, routing, switching, load balancing, and network security skills.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, and general systems troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Nerdy/enthusiastic about tech is a cultural fit.

Salary:

• $95,000 - $110,000
