Responsibilities:
- Lead design, deployment, and optimization of network and systems solutions for clients.
- Act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance.
- Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption.
- Architect secure, resilient, and scalable networks tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives.
- Conduct network assessments, audits, and performance tuning.
- Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud services.
- Provide onsite support for critical issues and project implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and technical operations.
Skills/Must have:
- 6+ years in a technical services role, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Ubiquiti).
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP).
- Strong WAN/LAN, routing, switching, load balancing, and network security skills.
- Experience with Azure, Intune, and general systems troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Nerdy/enthusiastic about tech is a cultural fit.

Salary:
- $95,000 - $110,000
