BILINGUAL Master of Social Work (MSW)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a variety of needs, such as mental health, substance abuse, family problems, .
- Conduct assessments of client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with other providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
- Advocate for clients and their families.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Research and develop new social work interventions.
- Write reports.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
- 2+ years of experience providing social work services.
- Strong clinical skills and judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to social justice and equity.
