We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our Pennsauken NJ team. If you enjoy helping customers, keeping a clean and organized environment, and taking pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Position

The Retail Sales Representative delivers outstanding customer service, supports daily store operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor. This role assists customers with purchases, provides product knowledge, operates the point-of-sale system accurately, and supports inventory and display activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including suggestive selling and accurate product information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
• Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register accurately
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized (dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning)
• Prepare, maintain, and update attractive product displays
• Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings, including photos, pricing, and descriptions
• Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook Marketplace and other platforms
• Help improve and monitor social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
• Accurately track and enter daily foot traffic counts
• Report theft, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management immediately
• Support daily store operations and assist other departments as needed
• Assist with stock movement, merchandising, and rearranging furniture on the sales floor
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Languages

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• English required; Spanish language skills preferred (verbal and written)

Experience

• Experience preferred but not mandatory; training available

• Good oral, written, and reading communication skills
• Customer service oriented and excels in customer relations
• Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed

Physical & Mental Qualifications

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform simple tasks, rational thinking, and numerical calculations
• Rearrange furniture and merchandise on the sales floor
